Fesdesigns aims to produce high quality products and pays attention to detail. In the unlikely event that our client is not satisfied, we do operate a return policy. As long as the item has not been used, washed or tampered with in any way, you can return it via postage (at the client’s cost).  

 

Customers wishing to return any item must notify us on Info@Fesdesigns.com, within 14 days of the purchase, stating a reason for the return and produce the original receipt. No returns will be made without a receipt.

All returned items must be in a good condition i.e. unwashed, unbleached, unsoiled, untorn, unused etc. Fesdesigns reserves the right to reject any item deemed in an unsuitable condition and in these circumstances, no Credit Note will be issued.

FesDesigns does not operate a cash or bank transfer refund but will provide a Credit Note so customers can find an alternative piece in a similar price range or top up for a higher price item.

The following piece cannot be returned: chokers, necklaces, headbands and cushion covers.
